one-of-a-kind travel experience! Each group is limited to 18 persons (bus

in their homes (rich, poor, middle class...sometimes all three), visit a
school, participate in a temple ceremony, attend an art or history lecture,
or learn firsthand from a chef about your favorite spices! Almost 70% of
Indians live in villages and small towns. Most of our tours include visits
to several colorful villages to experience the authentic rural life of
India. Most travelers find this to be their favorite part of their tour.

office of Vacations International India, we sell our own tours at lower
prices than other operators.

Between October and March, the
possibilities are countless! We offer a variety of 15 to 22 day small group
tours throughout India and Nepal. Each tour allows you to experience for
yourself the richness of India's many traditions. Many tours are organized
around fairs and festivals such as the Pushkar Camel Fair, the Festival of
Lights (Diwali), the Festival of Colors (Holi), and others! We also offer
you a variety of theme tours, including Country Homes, Castles and Palaces
of India, Ancient Art of India, and Nature and Wildlife of India.
English-speaking guides with extensive regional and subject knowledge
accompany each tour. In addition, every tour is escorted by one of India's
top escorts.
