Day 01 : Kochi – Periyar
On arrival at Kochi, (also known as Cochin), Vacations International representative receives you with warm welcome at Kochi Airport and then directly transfers you to your hotel pre-booked at Periyar in Kerala. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Visit the resident doctor called Vaidya or Ayurveda Doctor for consultation. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 - 08 : Ayurvedic Therapy at Spice Village
Seven Days Ayurvedic Therapy
You diet will be as said by resident doctor, Vaidya. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, smoking and non-vegetarian meals during this period of 7 days of Ayurvedic treatment. The Ayurvedic treatment & therapy involves some herbal massages, steam baths and yoga. You will come out entirely stress-free and have a great feeling of wellness if you follow the instructions of Vaidya strictly.
Day 09 : Periyar
Your Ayurvedic Therapy is over. Let your body to re-adjust after one week Ayurvedic treatment and Ayurvedic body massage therapy. Breakfast, dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 10 : Periyar – Kochi
Take your breakfast at the hotel. On your last day at Periyar visit the famous Periyar National Park for wildlife viewing. Enjoy boat ride over Periyar Lake. See the herds of elephants. After lunch, drive to Kochi. On arrival in Kochi, Vacations International representative transfers you to the hotel pre-booked. Change, wash and relax at the hotel. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 11 : Departure from Kochi
Today, in time Vacations International representative transfers you to the Kochi International Airport to board flight to your home/onward destination. |
